i m a girl of 15 and my best friend is a guy. we both r very close to eachother and talk on the phone for hours. we like to be in eachothers company. we like to meet eachother everyday and know everything about eachother. i feel a real strong bond towards him and even he does. but others think that we both really like eachother and are dating eachother. and their teasing doesn't affect us at all. i need your help to tell me whether we both really like eachother or is it just a simple friendship. will he ever confess his feelings?

Whether you're in love with him or love him(as a friend, person, etc) is a question only you can answer.
frankly i dont really dont know how a "love" relationship is different from an amazing friendship, if you take out the "being physical" quotient.
basis of any relationship is a good friendship, now its for you guys to decide if u want to take it furthur or not. Talk....

Perhaps he will confess his feelings , but friendship is good. The best relationships are based on friendships.

i would say yes and if his name is justin than i just dealt with this about an hour ago.
the best thing to do is start seeing each other and enjoy each other. don't be afraid to be dating or anything. tell him how you feel about him and he'll probably feel the same.

if he is ur best friend....then really u should be asking him directly..
U should be able to sense and feel if he feels the same already....even before asking....
