it just appears to be a fight that we seem to be losing
what happened to all the strong christians who actually have unshakable faith

this is gettin bad

There are lots of false converts out there. Those people that suddenly turn from God and Christianity were never Christians to begin with. It is as simple as that. They might have thought they were Christian and told people they were, but they were not.

I especially don't give credence to anyone on here that said they were a Christian, but got influenced by what someone said on here and now they don't believe. That doesn't reveal faith, but a fad.

I agree the end is near.

I think on the other hand, we Christians might also use the internet to turn anti-christians around. We must just try harder! Christians these days tend to be reluctant to raise their voices. And thats a pity. We should not be ashamed of what we believe in.

If you are looking at this as a losing battle you are looking at it in the wrong way. We are to offer instruction based on God's word to a lost and dying world. God doesn't say to shove it down their throats. No one will be won to Christ like that. If we remain faithful and merely plant the seed and "water" it with prayer God will honor that and work in the heart of that individual who reads that word. We have done our part. Then we have to hand it off to God. He will help them find the truth. If they make the conscious choice to reject the truth and die in their sins their blood will not be on our hands.

We have to remember that God knows who will be saved and who won't be saved; He knows the end from the beginning. Yahoo answers will not make anyone lose their salvation, nor gain it. They are either going to be saved or are not going to be saved.

To answer your question, I absolutely agree the internet can be a tool for satan...and also one for the truth of God.

The devil can use anything as a tool and those who were never truly walking in the Lord will easily buckle under pressure.

Just because people say they are Christian does not make it so.
