ishmael, and isaac were brothers. ishmael gave rise to the arab nations, isaac gave rise to the israelite nation. when they realize they are brothers, peace will come upon all the earth, and all religion will fall by the wayside as the great false prophet it is.

God felt pity for Ishmael

He blessed both into nations, but the Son Issaac is where Salvation will come.

You see that even though God bless Ishmael, God is very specific and clear in his purpose that His everlasting covenant is with the Jews/Christian nation not with the Muslim nation the descendant of Ishmael.

Because Ishmael was a seed of Abraham so it was God's permissive will. However, Isaac was the promise seed - God's divine will. God sends rain on the just and the unjust.
