First you take a pan of water...and heat that up...

That's about the healthiest you're going to get with all that low cal, fat...blahblahblah

The way to lose weight is...

* Stop drinking soda

* Eat sugary foods VERY sparingly, or not at all if you can help it

* Exercise

* Drink a LOT of water

* Eat smaller portions

* Be aware of everything you add to food that jacks up the total fat/cal count....such as a nutrious salad with very fattening dressing

* Give yourself " rewards " for getting so far...
Ex. " Lose 10 pounds, get a new shirt....lose 5 more, get a cappucino "
With a reward system, you won't feel as though you're depriving yourself from as much.

Good luck! If I can do it, anyone can!!!

There's a good chance she's just talking about a warm, empty bowl.

Technically, if it's low-cal, low-fat, AND lo-carb then it must be all pureed vegetables and beans, which can be good. All 4 of those things will be kind of hard to accomplish. Try looking for a low-fat chicken soup recipe and as long as there is no pasta or rice you should be fine. Good luck!

www.weightwatchers.com is a good recipe site.

Also,here's one my favorites, which i developed myself, and everyone loves it: You can alter the ingredients according to or personal tastes:

Hearty Veggie Soup

Chop up a couple of garlics, and 1 large onion and saute in 1 tbsp. olive oil on a low flame until onions are soft, about 10 minutes.

Add about 6-8 cups of water or chicken stock (from a can)

Dice up or chop coarsely 3-4 fresh veggies of your choice. I like carrots,
celery, tomatos, potatos (etc.)

Add seasonings of your choice, like a bit of salt and pepper, bay leaf, oregano,basil, cumin.

Add a little at a time and keep tasting every 15 or 20 minutes.

This makes alot of servings, about
6.

You can freeze it and it tastes better even after thawing.

During the week, if you have leftovers, like chicken or beans, or beef, or whatever, just throw it in, and it's a whole meal.

Good luck!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMD73

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Try looking for Thai or italian soups and thin stocks as these styles use less fats and have more flavour.
With all diets as such you need to eat well (stay away from foods that say "diet" these are just to get your money and dont work) fruits veges, Nuts and wholegrains, Lean meats (optional).
And exercise.
Hope you all the best..
