I do have some of those awful lumps on the back of my thighs, i have a healthy diet, i drink 8 cups or more of water a day and i work out alot yet i still have cellulite, i am not over weight either, i know of some underware you can purchase in autralia that helps remove the apperance of cellulite and all tests show it does work, everyone says exercise will get rid of it but thats not true, it will help with the appearance but it wont remove it for good.

Don't forget to balance exercise and diet smartly. Exercise alone likely won't result in long-term goals being met and the same is so for dieting alone. Be smart with choice and avoid fads that don't include a healthy, balanced meal plan.

Losing weight, burning fat and avoiding the build up of cellulite is a process that doesn't happen over night. With time, dedication and smart planning, it's a process that can be mastered. However, you can treat your cellulite in shorter time. Learn here:

no there is not a cure for cellulite. dont listen to the boys one here. im at my proper weight and i still have cellulite. everyone does no matter if they're large or small. its just fast deposits to the skin. i use dove firming lotion for my cellulite. ive been usign it for about a week now and have already to seen it diminish. it has sea weed in it which is a good moisturizer and boost collagen (even though it has sea weed extracts in it it still smells really nice) and has collagen and i think elastin in it. Dont be discouraged since it has sea weed in it, alot of things we use have sea weed in it like toothpaste, ice cream and beer! (keeps tings fresh) I read online you cn diminish is at home by taking an oil, olive oil or veggie oil hater and rub/massage your skin in circular motions( for 5 minutes a day, it gets tiring though! and dont know when you can see results, havent tried it yet) this increase your collagen levels to fill out the indentations in your skin, much liek wrinkle treatments on your face do. doves directions also says to rub the lotion on in a circular manner. I was also looking at more expensive brands liek lo'real firming lotions and on the side it just shows you the proper way to rub the lotion into your skin. (that cost around 11 bucks!) so it seems liek its a gimic! just how you rub your skin is all that matters. but i suggest rying dove for a while and see how it goes. but exercising will not get rid of cellulite!!!! and i heard on the tyra banks show on a beauty spcial you should always wait 6 months to see the results of a product (sounds liek a long time but i suppose its true!) lol

go buy some dove firming lotion! works great for me and smells nice and is only 6 bucks =D or just try rubbing your skin in circular.massaging motions for 5 minutes at a time and see how that goes, but i think dove is the easier way to go
good luck

i also have cellulits on the back or my thighs and my outter and inner thights and my butt and im not overweight and my butt isnt big wither! nor my legs. and exercise. exercise wont do a thing for you to get rid of cellulite since its fat deposits stuck to your skin. =( eww lol

If there was, there wouldn't be so many informercials on T.V. about getting rid of cellulite and losing weight. Its stuck with you until you have major surgeries. Although they are experimenting with creams and other ways to get rid of cellulite in beauty department stores. I wouldn't waste my money though, just go to the gym and try to tone it up.

not a cure so much a cottage cheese reducer(since there's no such thing as a cure):

dry loofah every day to increase circulation
moisturise with a firming body lotion (i like dove)
exercise daily
eat health
drink LOTS of water (min. 8 cups + add 2 cups for every cup of coffee/caffiene)

everyone has cellulite, or will have cellulite, learn to live with it!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLtj

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
