if it was a bad relationship, you shouldn't be so upset about it. You should be glad to be rid of him.
Or you could go out and get laid, just to ease your mind.

Hi when i got out of a bad relationship i seriously considered going back because i loved the guy then mum told me to write down all nice things he ever did or said to me then write down all the bad. And when i did it i realised i was better off without him cause the scores just didnt add up right. And now im in a happy relationship with a 21 month old daughter. So if your ever feeling down i suggest you give it a go as it worked for me and a few friends have done it to. Hope i was some help for you .

at first its hard to just get over it and forget him.. id say give it time greave for a few and turn to ur friends for support. go out and do things that u enjoy such as shopping or working out to keep you busy and you mind off him.. also it helps if you go out and meet a new guy to sort of distract you from thoughts of your ex. wether its just for fun or someone to turn too it could help you see what else is out there and help you realize that your ex wasnt so great after all, but this isnt an overnight process. it will take time. try and focus on reasons why u didnt like him opposed to reason why you did. there are 100000000 guys out there so dont worry.. you will be fine!!

You'll never forget him. You will however think of him less with time. Time is the only thing that helps you get over a relationship.

Do something for yourself, go to some class, or learn how to scuba dive. anything like this will take your mind off of him. and by doing this you might meet the right guy. Don't cut yourself short. Be independent Live your life and good things will come.

i like to just take some time away from the dating scene after a bad breakup. take some time with my best friends and just get back to being me. i find that it always seems to help. maybe even take up a new hobby or pick up on a hobby that you already have and enjoy.

find something to occupy your time. join a club, meet new people party it up, enjoy being single and just have fun without him and with your friends. you will soon see if you keep yourself busy then you wont have time to think about him and you will be much happier.

try to get back in touch with yourself. try to do things you used to like to do, or things you always wanted to try; keep busy, but not in destructive ways (ie. don't start drinking and sleeping around, that doesn't help, that just covers it up and ignores it). try to take one day at a time and don't be too hard on yourself. pamper yourself too. and re-acquaint yourself with family and friends.

1. Meet other people.
2. Think of all his flaws. This will make you dislike him more.
3. Say to yourself "I HATE ______________!"
