I got used to taking Centrum everyday and I've been into it for 2 years. One vitamin tablet everyday. Is this ok? I know Centrum has no side effects.

not at all especially if you don't have time for a balanced diet like a lot of us. now if you eat really healthy and feel like you're getting all the vitamins you need then don't worry about taking them sometimes you can get too much of certain vitamins Good Luck

Not a chance - never miss a day for the rest of your life. - Some of theses supplements, over time, can ward off countless ailments years down the road. - Centrum is the best - but anything is better than nothing.

Yes, it is actually a good thing. Many doctors will tell you to take a multivitamin daily. I recently had a baby and my doctor advised me to continue taking my vitamins.

All I know is that for women, taking multivitamins every day can prevent your baby from getting disorders or down syndrome. Take them even if you're not planning to get pregnant any time soon.

Yes it is ok, that is what they are for. But they really don't show that much benefit for those that take them compared to those that don't. I would save your money. Just eat a balanced diet and you get all the vitamins and minerals you need.

I take a muti-vitamin. Its recommended by most doctors. I suggest keep taking them, I never knew anyone who died from taking vitamins. It also has many benifits associated with each mineral in it. Do some research.

Absolutely not, there is nothing in a multivitamin that will hurt you over time. Most of the amounts of the different minerals and vitamins in them are not your total daily requirement anyway. They are perfectly safe and healthy when taken as directed.
