honest answer ?? some mistakes we can NOT fix no matter how hard we try... saying sorry, in a heart felt way, is about all we can do... it is up to the other person to find a way to forgive... we all have been there and done that... made grave and bad mistakes... so do not feel lonely at all !!! say the words, back off, and give the other person time to take it in, regroup and maybe they will forgive you... if not, then take it as a leason learned in living life... do not hold it against the other person... they also have to do what they must in order to move on in life... God bless

We all make mistakes...of course that comes across as a cop out. Its true...some mistakes make us cringe to even think about . I think that the first step of dealing is forgiving yourself, than seeing how its affected your partner. When all is said and done, will your coming clean benefit you or your friend? Sometimes it hurts more...its a hard call. I always thought honesty is the best policy, and than living with the consequences. We all make our own choices...some really bad ones, but we gotta live with 'em. Don't make yourself nuts...

Pray and ask God to give you the wisdom to know what to say or do to fix the situation. Ask Him to soften the heart(s) of the person or people you hurt to receive your sincere apology.

That depends on the problem. Seems like either you think it is unfix-able or want some sort of other non-verbal action.

seriously time heals...
I dont quite know what problem you are handling...
but if its got to do with a person...a close relationship...
Time is the best medicine....and I don't mean to neglect the problem but use your time wisely...and don't make the problem your facing right now to stop your daily life....

what's your problem?
and try to fix the problem and/or move on. if you still feel guilty about it, then do something more.
