Okay, so, this is NOT from friction. There are several things that it could possibly be, but I strongly urge you to see your doctor. Whatever this is, it will require medical treatment. Nothing you do from home will fix this. Nothing. And, a side note here, I would suggest you study up on STD's so you know what to look for in the future. Just a thought.

a friction rash would be red or pink. This is something else. See a doctor.

Sounds like a yeast infection, yes, guys can get them too!
You need to go to the Dr. and get some cream for it!

I think it's HPV .. since it is white and tender .. some of the warts are flat but they are all white and ichy ...
