don't change your underwear. you can speed it up by doing things to make you sweat a lot. And wetting you pants would help too.

Rub poison ivy on your face and just scratch. By the way why would you want to get a rash?

why would you want a rash anyways are you avoiding something(picture day, date ect.)
i would go out and get some poiosn oak, and rub it all over my legs.(how painful and ichey) or better yet i would go to the beach(for salt water and sand) and play in the water then rub sand on your wet legs kind of like sand paper (but not so much getting them raw/ eating of the flesh.) them rub poison ivy or posion oak on them.
good luck on harming your skin.

Poison ivy works if you are allergic to it. A lot of people are. Is there anything that causes an allergic reaction for you. Self tanner and Dial Gold soap does it for me.

Boy would I ever love to answer this question. However being a Registered Nurse, I'm ethically, legally, morally, bound not to assist, or help anyone harm themselves. So whatever your trying to get out of. Please take a more mature approach, like tell the person, whom ever your not interested.

try rubing insulation on where you want the rash. Just be sure to wear latex or other non porous gloves so you don't get it on your palms as well.
