Depends how comfortable you are. I perfer 72-75 degrees. But I know there are people with lower blood circulation who like it a lot warmer, for instance 80+. I think you will be safe around 75. If you want your avg. temp in your house, take a thermometer and do like 8 readings around your house. Then add them all up, and divide by 8 ( or the number of times you temp'd.)

72 deg. F. Seems to be typical. - I worked ina controled enviornment (micro chip factory) 72 deg. is the settings I see in apartments with regulated heat (property management does that to control cost - prevent frozen pipes)
