Instead of focusing on your sexual feelings so much, why don't you center your attention to something else? Try focusing more on physical activities (not sex!), like sports or trying to achieve a goal. Anything that doesn't envolve sex can really help lower down the sexual pressure.

I commend you for being different. You are not suppose to have sex before marriage anyway, people choose otherwise obviously as you made a choice of having sex twice. That doesn't have to take away from what you are aiming for stay dedicated to your decision and don't let other people sway your decisions because they choose a life of fornication, or unwed relations. I think nobody really wants to marry a slut whether it be female or male, so the fact that your wife will know that you only had sex twice I think that alone will be a turn on.

OK, not easy. Guys have 2 heads and can only think with one at a time. In the case of serious temptation, you have to remove yourself from the situation as quickly as possible. Most guys (not all) cannot resist if they really want it. So pick up a hefty "self love" schedule and avoid close situations.
For inspiration, watch the movie 40 Days & 40 Nights Staring Josh Hartnett and find yourself a greater purpose to abstain!

Try reading "Not Even a Hint" by Josh Harris. The book mainly deals with what you've experienced and your decision to stay pure from this point on until you get married.
I've read this one and it did help me with my struggles. Although this one is just the tip of the iceberg but it nonetheless will guide you through your journey.

just pretend that you are a virgin again,. no matter how many peopl you have slept with in the past, what's done is done. you just have to let it go so that you can start a new life.
don't give in to sexual urges.
and do it when you are pretty sure you love the guy. not lust (how can you be sure it is true love? if he can wait to sleep with you only after marriage, he's usually true.. a guy who's only up for bangs would not wait that long or al the trouble. )

Well, I would avoid situations that would lead you astray. Don't look at alluring magizines, don't go places where women may throw themselves at you...ect. Stay busy with work, reading (NOT anything you wouldn't find at the library...stay away from National Geographic, though! :-) ) hobbies, ect. You can do it ( I mean, abstinance) and good for you! Best of luck and I am sure that your wife will thank you for loving her enough to respect her before you are even married to her! (That will definatley pay off later.... ;-) )

it's hard because sex is all around us these days, on the tv in movies, magazines etc..Don't look at the opposite sex in that way. I think you're making a good decision to wait until you're married, I was my husbands first and that makes me feel special. i wish i had the strength to wait myself just for him
