I read in the paper that this guy was p*i*s*s*e*d off because some one took the handy caped parking space without a tag. He carried BBS for a air gun and would unscrew the valve cap put in a BB and put the cap back on, this would cause a slow leak which would let them down in an hour or two. Lesson leaned, don't p*i*s*s of the handy caped!

In college, I new a guy who used sulfuric acid to dissolve a kid's tires. Unfortunately, the tire didn't give way until he was driving (dynamic pressure changes caused the weakened wall to fail). Two tires exploded at the same time and the kid drove through a red light. There was an accident but thankfully no one was killed. I think the kid went to the hospital. His car was totaled and the person's he hit was messed up. The guy who did it was eventually expelled.
Really, just let it go. Karma is a biitch.

Don't be a jerk - and that's what doing that kind of thing would make you at best. Besides, someone just may see you; and you'll be looking at problems if they do.
Another thing is you could create some horrible situation that you don't even plan. What if she were to drive for a while before discovering it and have an accident, or what if while she's outside waiting for Triple A she gets attacked. This kind of crap can turn into a disaster that the perpetrator never planned on. Don't pull this kind of crap on someone, no matter how angry you are at her.

Don't bust it. If you are angry let her tire down by pressing on the little valve that you fill it up with (that dot on the inside of it). That will let the air out, but not cost her money. If you are really angry at her do two. Then she has to call a tow truck, but at least she dosent have to get her tire replaced.
BTW. Doing any of this may end you up infornt of Judge Judy!

In college, I flattened my roommates tire by inserting a piece of toothpick in the valve stem. She got into trouble for being late for curfew, which made me happy....and did not have to purchase a new tire.

the proper etiquette for slashing a tire is a single stab to the tire and then taking responsibility for it

If you dislike your roommate that much maybe you should move instead of being a jerk.
