for the most part kids have 2 settings - full speed, and asleep. - They sleep so deeply that the "urge to go" isn't enough to wake them. - Not to forget the fact that that they do not have an adult sized bladder. - Being so active their bodies will crave fluids to fight dehydration. - Add it up, deep sleep, small bladder, plenty of fluids. - It's just one of those things. - Rarely, it can last until puberty. - No child wets out of laziness, it's very troubling to them in a lot of ways. They must not be scolded or punnished or made to feel in any way at fault or out of the ordinary.
