So that you don't have to spend a lot on a pizza and they get a higher profit. Want quality ingredients? Check out your local mom and pop. If you insist on a chain, Papa John's is pretty good. Pizza Hut's cheese tastes powder-y. Ick!

It is inexpensive. There are 4 pizza places in the town where I live and I have always said if I could take the best from the pizzas at each place I could come up with one awesome pizza.:)
