Before you answer, read the old testament and you will see that God killed many babies including fetuses because their parents sinned or if the mother was suspected to have committed fornication she was made to drink a liquid that would cause her to miscarriage. He also had pregnant mothers dashed to pieces.

I guess God changed and became more humane in the New testament huh? How convenient for you sinning Christians; you get all of God's love but none of his vengeance.

Apparently so. I am not surprised. Did he supposedly change his mind? I thought he was supposed to be perfect.

Have you been hiding under a rock? God's vengeance is still very real. Have you not seen or heard what is going on in our schools across the country just since we have taken prayer out of our schools? Kids are bringing guns and knives to school and killing each other. God will not go where He is not welcome but we must be willing to accept the consequences.

In the New Testament God sent His only Son to stand in our place for all the sins we commit. All we have to do is believe on Him, recognize our sins and ask forgiveness. He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins. God never changes. He hates sin. In the New Testament He made a way for us to escape the price of our own sins by allowing his son to stand in our place for the punishment of those sins. For those who wish to ignore that sacrifice and die in their sins it's your God-given free will to do so. Nothing humane about that either. If you die in your sins you go to a real live burning hell.

In my opinion I think God wouldn't care less what the sexual orientation of the fetus would be, and the reason for that is because he is supposed to love everyone. If he were to kill a homosexual, then in doing so would just defeat the arguement that he loves all.

Boop, what exactly is it you're looking for? Debate? Criticism? Answers?

You question God's motives, actions, and anything else you can think of, really. I'd be interested in discussing things with you - I'm a Psych major as well - but you come off as so argumentative.

In answer to your question: If God's criteria for killing "fetuses" was foreknowledge of sin, we'd ALL be dead.

I can't answer a question if you don't provide a question.

You know... I could go on and on about how God is a loving God, and explain to you the depths of His reasoning and what the Scriptures REALLY mean, (which is not the nonsense you just poured out) but honestly, you don't seem to be looking for an answer and I think I would be wasting my time...

I guess you're reading the wrong bible, because in the KJV they had a lot of homosexuals and I am sure they were not fetus because Lot and his family was living among them in Sodom and Gomorrah.

In my humble opinion it is an insult to God to imagine that he might kill innocent babies or fetus's for any reason. Only man would come up with a psychopathic notion like that.

God would have to love his children and would have created them the way he wanted them to be.

Let's give God some credit here, folks.

the old testament was filled with evil occurances. the new testament is used to justify what is called love, but is really hatred being spread all over the world. christianity lost its true calling just after jesus was crucified. he hadn't even died when it was lost.
