i want to know more precisely about garnier fructise hair conditionar how can i use to get best results?

well to get the best results..don't use garnier fructise hair conditionar. To be able to make the hair shine but still do it cost efficiantly so that they can sell it cheap they put plastics in the conditioner that coat the hair kinda like lamination that is on your drivers license. When your hair gets coated like that you start to get dandruff from build up and you also sufficate your hair strand which will kill your natural shine and eventually kill the hair follical which will lead to eventual hair loss (not not but eventually) unfortuantly the good stuff costs money but look for the deals beauty brands just got done with their litter sale for just $10 I mean that is a whole litter that should last you at least 6 months do the math and that isn't even 2 dollars a month and that is cheaper than what your garnier is costing you now

Maybe the most important thing to know about any conditioner is not to use too much. If you have thick hair you may want a drop of conditioner that will become the size of a dime (or a little smaller) in your hand. If you have fine hair or otherwise not much hair, you may only need a "half-dime" or even less.

shampoo throughly twice, preferably with garnier shampoo. Then rinse throughly with plenty of water. apply enough amount of conditioner and then massage with circular motion of fingers for aminute. leave on for 2 minutes. rinse thouroughly. this will give u excellent results when repeated once in 4 days.

Any of that crap sold at retail stores like wal-mart are all crap. If you want good products that aren't watered down or made with wax, get it from a salon.
Ask them to choose a product intended on your type of hair.

after shampooing rinse hait. after use conditioner massage well and spread it all over the hair. Keep for few min. and rinse it. it is ussual.

wash your hair with shampoo than again with conditioner and do not rinse it out for a long time
