How to tell the capacity of your Outlook inbox???

Question

How do I know how much space I have? Also, does anyone feel like telling me how to store emails on your hard drive instead of in your inbox?

your outlook files are stored in
*before you proceed open any folder go to tool>folder options>view>show hidden files*

c:\documents and setting \ (your username)\local setting \ application data\microsoft \ outlook \

you have all the inbox outbox and the files there. under office data files
