I want to try it, and get off of my harmful substances. Why not right? We could all use a little M&M's and jogging in our lives, couldn't we?

*giggles* Go for it! I dont see how it could really hurt you. It would be alot healthier than using harmful substances! The worst that could happen is your legs will get soar from jogging so much every day, but you will get in great physical shape, and your heart will be in great shape. As for as the M&M's go.....chocolate is good for you, as long as you dont take in too much every day and make yourself have a stomach ache. Good luck though!

chocolate is good when used moderately or otherwise you end up obese or gaining a ton of weightT hello, it is called nutrition!but if you become addicted to M&M's your sleeping pattern will be thrown off because of the cafeine, you will not fall asleep faster or you will not fall asleep at all and your body will give up on you and collapse if you do not have enough sleep-that is what i am going thru rt. now minues the M&M addiction! if you run too much you will not only lose fat but you will lose muscle. your body will have to destroy your own muscle if you run like a lunatic, you will have lactic acid build up every day, cramps which result from the lactic acid as well as putting too much pressure on joints which puts ou at the risk of hurting your tendons and ligaments somehow! so you will be sore, you will have a torn ligament, you will be a zombie!nice job!

M&M's are good (especially the new dark chocolate ones, mmm!). Jogging is good too because it's good for you.

I imagine the extra calories from the chocolate would at *least* balance out, so you probably wouldn't get fat from it!

M&Ms can be my downfall. I can eat half a huge bag and not blink an eye. Luckily for you, if you also jog, the results of M&M dependency will not be quite as frightful as they are for me.

They'd go together rather nicely. On one hand you get to enjoy chocolate, and on the other burn off the unwanted calories. It's a win win situation.

A. You are in the wrong section.

B. You would have really good leg muscles.

C. You would have really bad teeth.

But, if that floats your boat and keeps you off the illegal stuff. Go for it.

Good Luck,

A

well if you get addicted to M&M's you might get fatter from the chocolate. but then again jogging would get rid of it... meh your addiction would be fine since they would counteract each other
