well... it is everywhere, not only in hotels and main street like Nanjing road...but some big and small spa home...

u can find any price from 50RMB to 800RMB ones in Shanghai

The Double Rainbow. It is on Shanxi Lu. Very inexpensive and good. All the local people go there. I've tried it also. Everyone there is blind and they give great massages.
