the american cheese - definitely. How about mozzarella and some parmesan? Trust me.

What's bad about that is the american cheese! Put provolone or mozz on it! Eating a meatball sub with american cheese is almost as bad as eating pineapple on a pizza....ewwww

Sounds good to me. I guess lots of people just don't like the wheat bread...maybe sounds too "healthy" for most Americans!

Not a thing. Personally, I'd go for parmesan cheese, white bread, a little oregano, and onions, but to each his own, dude!
