I love the Denise Austin video called "Sizzler" its an awesome video. I have lost 100 lbs in a little over a year and this video definitely helped me shed alot of those pounds. If you check out Amazon.com and search for her videos there are quite a few and they are all pretty cheap and whats nice is that there are reviews from people that have bought the tapes or DVDs.

Taebo boot camp promises results in 7 days, and thats not a lie. Ive done it and in like 4 days, i saw my legs getting mucular and my stomach a bit flatter. It is really a fun workout, and it really produces good results.

Well, if you want something really fast-paced and exciting try Tae-bo. If you're into something not as intense the Walk Away the Pounds series a good start.

I like Gilad 45/45 Fat burning workout (the aerobics part). His moves are very simple, and you need little space to do them, but are high impact enough to burn fat. Good luck!
