I love the Denise Austin video called "Sizzler" its an awesome video. I have lost 100 lbs in a little over a year and this video definitely helped me shed alot of those pounds. If you check out Amazon.com and search for her videos there are quite a few and they are all pretty cheap and whats nice is that there are reviews from people that have bought the tapes or DVDs.

Well, if you want something really fast-paced and exciting try Tae-bo. If you're into something not as intense the Walk Away the Pounds series a good start.

I like Gilad 45/45 Fat burning workout (the aerobics part). His moves are very simple, and you need little space to do them, but are high impact enough to burn fat. Good luck!

cathes workout (power hour and cross trainer)
they are hard but ... you will look real results.....
