Try looking on e-bay you can get a set for around $170 . Hope this helps.

They are available, seen them fitted to VY and VZ Here in NZ, Not sure of Manufacturer or Suppliers but will look into it out of interest

Have a look at the trading post site under tyres wheels and accessories, I think you will find them available through Utra-Cheap Automotive-not supercheap,Ultra-Cheap.
