First of all, you must be disciplined and know that sometimes you will be hungry and know that you don't have to run and eat every time you think you are hungry! If you wait or have some water you will probably not be hungry in a few minutes. It sounds like you are obsessing over food and just think that you need to eat. Also, if you are really hungry, make sure you are eating lots of protein, not too many carbs and when you need to snack try some radishes, cucumber, etc. - you can eat veggies all day and not gain weight as long as you don't have salad dressing. Try some hot sauce if you need something with it.
Good luck!

are you distracted when you're eating? when do you normally eat snacks and stuff?when you're bored?upset?
emotions could be the number one cause of terrible eating habits. sometimes we eat because we're bored or feeling down.so always make sure you have something to do.find a new hobby.
never eat in front of the telly.that's the worst thing you could do. you'll never remember how much you ate.
next time you feel like eating uncontollably, drink cold water.better yet, sip it through a straw. you'll take in a lot of water and also feel really full. but this doesn't mean denying yourself the food.have a bite..or two.but when you have the urge to binge, reach for the water.
and this might sound silly, but keep unneccesary food away.from your sight, from the cabinets.not having stuff around means there's no chance for temptation.

Go to a doctor and get on a recommended diet and exercise plan and STICK WITH IT!!!
Try chewing sugar free gum when you are not having a meal!
Don't eat 2 hours before going to bed!
Have some self control and like drugs JUST SAY NO when you see the food.
If you just start stuffing your mouth whenever you see food, then while you are pigging out in the grocery store before paying for it and get caught enough you might find yourself to be in jail for a while and they can control your eating habit.

You need to get deworming done at the earliest.
Also, everytime u feel like grabbing a bite, drink a glass of water with glucose. It'll not only end ur hunger, it'll also give u some instant energy to burn some calories.
And dont stock ur fridge with stuff to last for a month. Buy in limited quantities.

Sweetie..you need to TELL your body what to do! Take control of it. When your tummy rumbles...TALK to it...say "Shut UP"...and drink a TALL COLD glass of water (Cold raises your metabolism).
I've done what you do for my whole life...and I've never gotten really overwieght...just enough like you to keep me from wearing the clothes I want to wear...and looking good in a swimsuit. When I lost the most weight, I "FED" my screamin stomach with V-8 juice ...ANYTIME... It is a real satisfier. Try sprinkling salt & pepper on it, and also try a little Taco sauce in it. & drink GOBS of water...INSTEAD of eating. Your tummy will get used to it. I Guarantee it! Just TAKE BACK CONTROL...FEED your hunger with WATER and/or V-8 juice! (ZERO Calories, ZERO sugar, ALL protein, & only the salt you put on it).

If you are taking in any artificial sweetners or drinking soda or diet soda you are sabotaging yourself for one thing. These things make you feel hungry. Also, if you are not drinking 8 8 oz glasses of water a day and not eating enough whole grains, veggies and fruits you will also feel hungry.

I think you should see a medical doctor or nutritionist to find out why you body is acting this way. Might be a sign of a health problem, and even if it takes a couple of doctors before you find one that can help you, it would probably be your best bet.
