No. It may feel good at the time, but it's damaging your own character. You won't feel proud of what you did later on - and anyway, ignoring someone is the best revenge. Why let them know you're still thinkng about them? That just gives them another victory.

The best revenge is living well....if you consider that payback then yes.

Yes (insert evil laugh) yes it is. Nothing so sweet as revenge when you know that someone has purposely hurt you or done something against you. Giving them emotional torment can be very rewarding.
