Nothing really. Many Punjabis are Hindu and many are Muslim and many are Sikhs and a tiny minority are Christian.
By the way Punjabi is a geographical designation...denoting someone from east Punjab (India) or west Punjab (Pakistan).

There is no Hindu or Punjab culture...punjabi's are called Sikhs. Sikhism is an offshoot of Hinduism.

people from punjab are predominently sikhs. Their religion is different to hindus-they prey to different gods. Also punjabi/sikh women are treated as equals to men.Punjab/sikh culture is of warrior cast/people.
