Electric lights, TV, Internet, increased socialization, busier activity schedules, etc....People used to go to sleep shortly after the sun went down, so they could get up with the sun! It took them that long to get things done that we now do in little to no time...BUT we've added so much more to our schedules that something has to give...and usually it's a good nights rest. Too bad, really. Good night!

With modern day lifestyle, the generation of frequent tension, stress and anxiety are making people to get less sleep nowadays.

Besides, substance abuse, mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders are a few of the many conditions that involve insomnia.

Todays technology and lifestyle has led us to lead much more active lives, therefore we dont have as much time on our hands.

ii don't because i work long hours to support a family, then try to fit in chores like shopping, spending time with my family, errands....etc.
