She is now the Goddess Liberty. The artist wanted to do Isis, yes, but he ended up doing Liberty. Her feature's are the artists's mom. It's a very good story really.

Actually the face of the woman who modeled for the statue of liberty is supposed to be the Mother-in-law of the sculptor. I guess he had a weird sense of humor.
