I am very angry and dont know where to turn to, i had visited this dentist and thougt i had found the perfect dentist since i do fear the drills and the shots, and so because i felt comfortable with his work i continued my visits, and i told him i will bring my family to him, so he did work on my son, and my son was very happy since he did not feel any discomfort .. i felt forced to continue my visits because he would never finish one job and would start on another, as he was working in my mouth he started to rub his penis on my hand, at first i thought it was a mistake, but then he did it again going on a rubbing motion, now his assistance was usually present, but at that time i was not sure if she was or wasnt, ahhh, and his assistance is his own mother..NO JOKE...so now i am $6000.00 short and with and unfinished mouth ,, and now extreme fear is inbeded in me, i was told to see a psychiatrist ,is this a good idea?, i have no money to seek legal advise,, Help

Go to the police, first. Then go to the ADA and the Better Business Bureau. Oh, and don't forget your local newspaper and television news station!!! This Mother F^cker (which might be a literal statement) needs to fry for what he did to you! The psychological damage is enough for a lawsuit, and I'm sure that if you go to the media you will find a lawyer who can take your case pro bono (for free). This man should be on a watch list, a sex offender registry, and a prison. He sounds VERY manipulative. He should NOT have a practice and DEFINITLY shouldn't be working with children. Don't be afraid. Whatever power you think he has over you is all in his and your head! It will immediatly dissapear when he reads about himself in the paper or gets that summons to court! You are better than what he did to you, and it would be a good way to show your son what it is to stand up for yourself and not be disempowered by sickos and bullies. Good luck and godspeed!!! I wil be sending good energy your way!

A psychiatrist..for what..that makes no sense..if what you said is true and he made an improper move on you , then you don't need money for a lawyer , most lawyers will settle at the end of a lawsuit..which in my book you have a dang good case of sexual abuse from the dentist , call a lawyer you do need legal advice..it's free to talk to a lawyer and you'll more than likely see you may have a case..WHO KNOWS YOU MAY NOT BE THE ONLY ONE WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM..

if this happened to you...seeking legal advice probably wont cost you anything. Call for a consultation ( most are free).
You need to speak to a lawyer first to know exactly what course of action to take...the longer you wait the shorter the options will be. What he did was illegal and unethical. You can sue him and have him put in jail And be sure...you aren't the only one he has done this to. You may even want to go back and record him or something...You could get big money out of this and also put the little P R I C K in jail! Be strong...hes the one that should be afraid!

Wow, ask other peole thatgo to hom, if he has ever made them uncomfortable in any way. NO details though. . Ou can go to a shrink but how much is that. . is that going to fix your teeth. NO. Call some state report line for Drs and report him.. Se if he has any other reporst. CALL an attorny and they can find out. If you have a case sometimes they work for the end result and take a percent. Good luck.

Better Business Bureau

I had a dentist like this, and I thought I was imagining it. However, because I was uncomfortable, I went to another dentist. Now he is being charged for inappropriate behavior with another patient. It's good that you are angry. Use that anger to protect yourself and other potential patients.

Good luck, and thank you

dentists have the american dental association, and just like doctor's they have to be accountable for their professionalism. this was ridiculous and undeniably wrong! i can see a mistake one time, but to continuously rub against you. don't worry about money. you call a personal injury or malpractice lawyer and a lot of them will just take a portion of what you win in court. sound like you have an excellent case. but, make sure you call the ADA and report him too!! Good luck!

Find a service in your area that provides help with counseling fees. You need to talk to someone, and this guy needs to be reported. Who knows how often this has happened? Your probably not the only one experiencing this from him.
