Sounds right to me for someone with a healthy fluid intake.

I drink alot, and I mean ALOT of soda, mostly mountain dew. At least 4 20 oz. bottles in a 9 hour shift. And I pee real frequently. Sometimes, I can go 3 times in an hour.

Edit: But if I don't drink like that, then I don't leak that frequently.

Hmm..you leak depends on the amout of fluid your body intakes.. so for every glass of fluid you drink.. leaking 3-4 hours is normal.. Remember to drink alot of H20

that sounds perfectly normal. The frequency with which you have to urinate depends on different factors. For example how much do you drink, the more you drink the more you will urinate, what are you drinking, if it contains a lot of caffeine you will have to urinate more frequently. And the fact that you can sleep through the night without having to get up to urinate tells me that you are just fine.

do you take in a lot of fluids? is it your usual habit to take a leak every 3-4 hours? if yes, then it's perfectly normal. if no, then you might be suffering from polyuria, it's a condition wherein you urinate more often than usual. Check if your urine output is considerably greater than usual, if yes, then have your medical check up. polyuria is one symptom of diabetes.

if it only happens during the day, and you're not thirsty allot, then you're not a diabetic.
If you were, you're been so thirsty and going to the toilet like every hour.
Do you think you could be at risk of having an STD? some STD's can make you want to pee allot, I'd go see a doc if i were you just to be sure.

I have to go every 1-2 hours unfortunately. I went to a doctor, and he said it is completely normal, even my frequency. However, depending on age you should get your blood checked for diabetes, or your colon checked for colon cancer, but yes it is entirely normal.

Maybe your drinking a lot of fluids during the day. or maybe you have a urinary tract infection. you say this doesn't happen at night it may be the fluids your drinking during the day.

It might mean you're diabetic...or you just drink a lot of water.
