Proteins and powders, and the stackers (caffeine) are artificial. If you DO use creatine, take it before a workout. Don't know what kind of exercising you're doing other than football; but try weights to bulk up. Heavy weights, less repetitions will bulk. To trim down (like for a 6-pack) THAT'S when the reps help. I'd be more specific but I don't know where you are flabby.

As a side note - I don't know where you live, but for your legs...power lifting can be dangerous. If you live somewhere where you can be outdoors, use rope in a loop just above your hip bones and drag the heaviest things you can find - walk normally trying to pull it as well as backwards, it's better for the legs than power lifting and gives you REAL strength in your legs, not just gym muscles.

reduce the carbohydrates in your diet.

workout with weights.

dont take protein shakes as if you are hurting your muscles enough for them to use it, it will only store the calories in the drink.

creatine is good, but only to put a few more kilos into your muscle. it wont burn fat. however, bigger muscles result in more calories being burned as the body tries to maintain them.

the biggest way to lose weight is to focus on calories in vs calories out. you want to burn more than you eat/drink.

yeah they will but you have to work out extra or it will just metabolize into long term energy. just do push ups and sit ups before bed everynight and take some stacker 2 pills and drink shots of cider vinegar(about one shot with every meal) sounds goofy and tasts bad but its supposed to help burn fat.
