Ya know, he may make people nervous but he's actually the perfect neighbor. If he were ever to borrow your tools, he'd return them in better shape than he'd gotten them. He's so scrupulous that he wouldn't leave a leaf in your yard that wasn't yours. And even though his faith is almost childish, he doesn't really proselytize. He only mentions why he will or won't do something due to his religion when it comes up. And he forgives to his own detriment.

YES. Of course, I live in a really bad neighborhood, so that could change if I move to the suburbs...
