I think I might love him - he's sweet and flirty and funny - but he's seeing someone else right now. He planted a neck kiss on me, laughed, and walked away. I don't understand - does he want me? Is he just doing it cause he can? Does he want to feel like a stud?
Most of all, how do i react? Do I tell him to back off flat out? How can I close off my feelings to him when he's so much I've wanted for so long?

He has a girlfriend. Tell him to back off. Guys do this crap to see how far they can get with you.
And girls do it also.

Might've just been a peck. In some areas, that's the replacement for hand shaking. The rest of the time, it just means, cheer up.
Some times, even I like you. It's possible he wants you, but isn't sure. Hold off on even activating your feelings, until the day comes that he says, he's not seeing her, any more. Now let me ask you something- why do some girls mess with men's hearts and break them?

because they are insecure do to once loving someone and showed that sometime its not enough, it may be time or matter of fact but because of that pain they start to play games it is mostly with them self's but it takes two to tango some the viscous cycle continuous. oh yeah and if you play with respected then you get respected. be careful what you wish for because you just mite get it then find out that when the wish is not on the job its an ***.

not all guys mess up with girls heart unless if the girls choose and allow them to do so. usually the same kind will attract back to the same of a kind so it's not only the guys job for all these. so guys or girls still should be smart and wise enough then to get themselves into all this!
