I have seen it humorously referred to as policophobia on the web. That's right up there with those people who suggest that fear of police is not a phobia at all, because a phobia has to be irrational. In any case, this is not what a psychologist would call it.
This phobia really falls into a fairly substantial category which includes fear of phones and other stuff. None of those fears have specific '-phobia' names, but instead are all considered flavours of social anxiety or social phobias.
If you are afraid of police, you are in good company. When Alfred Hitchcock was ten, his father had him locked in jail, and he was terrified of police forever after that. And eggs. But that's a different story.

I feel that the majority of police officers, not all, but MOST of them just add to the problem. They take our money and our time for some pretty pathetic reasons....
I don't think its a fear, its an expense.
Not only emotionally but money and time too.
It all costs in this system.
