Well, take a day off and do these things: go for a long walk in a crisp, clear environment, with as much nature around you as possible, eat some choclate (not a lot, but maby half a candy bar), go to a pet store and let the little puppies and kittens play with you(or volunteer at a pound and do the same thing), volunteer with babies and let them crawl all over you, get a good night's rest, go and be a hugger for a special olympics team, be a mascot at a high school football game(a big plus because you can hug so many people), and figure out some way to let the love of your life know you care. And, smile at strangers. These are ways I take care of feeling just like you described. Doing any physical activity helps, but what I described is what I think is best.
