Personally, I think the tanning lotions that you're supposed to wear to accelerate the tanning while you're in the beds are actually the worst part. It's so unnatural. I think tanning beds are ok in MODERATION if you do it without the lotion. Occasionally you just need to get out of the snow and experience some nice fake sun... just for personal gratification.... just don't make it an every day addiction.

Tanning beds aren't really safe. You can still get skin cancer from frequent use of a tanning bed.....your best bet is a tan spray works wonders.

No. It's much better to get a spray-on tan (such as Mystic Tan) or use bronzing lotions (either those available at cosmetics counters or drugstores). Tanning beds are very bad for your skin.

Personally i have never thought so because you are under direct heat and it improves your chances of getting skin cancer. One of my very close friends got skin cancer from tanning to much and now she is barely able to go out in the sun. So i don't think they are safe but it is truly what you believe is best for you.

As safe as getting a full-body tan in intense sun outdoors. Which is none too safe.

Pasty is good.

they are alot easier to get skind cancer from i would suggest going && getting a spray tan. its a lot better && safer. youll also get better results for what your looking at. tanning beds are dirty, full of germs, other peoples dead skin cells and sweat. so do what you want im just warning you...

[[GO FOR THE SPRAY TAN]]]

but get the sray tan done by a tanning salon so u dont turn orange or anything weird or be uneven looking get it done perfessionally. its not that expensive.

i just got back from one....and i guesss they are as safe as the sun itself....wear lots of sunscreen...I use a bed called Valocity...it has lesss than one percent chance at burning the skin. Do an internet search and find out the safest type of bulb to use....good luck
