So whats the difference between Whole, Low-Fat and 2/1% Milk?

Do they all have the same nutritional value?
Is one less healthier than the other?
Am I just wasting my time with 2% and should be getting the whole milk because its the same crap?

2% and lowfat are the same. 1% is skim milk. Whole milk is way more fat, but I think it usually has vitamin d. Skim is probably the healthiest because dairy cholesterol is not good.

The only difference is how much fat is in the content of the milk. Everything else is the same. Good Luck ! :)

The difference is the fat content.

Read the nutrition label.

basically distinction is: fat volume thickness. The fat volume is extraordinarily right now forward. total milk consists of alot of fat and 2% consists of that quantity of fat. the better the fat/if total, the thicker it is. i individually want 2% because of this reason.
