make sure you tell her at a good moment... i think timing means a lot to a girl, just make sure when you say, let her know that you mean it (body language, etc.)

Kiss her... give her a warm hug... stroke her hair... hold her hands... compliment her how lovely she is... take her for a walk... know the things she likes/her favorites, then surprise her with those things... spend quality time with her...

Your actions can help you gather up enough courage and bring you into a place wherein you're comftable enough to say "iloveyou"...
Have enough patience with your self...

If you really do love her, say it in person!!
If you are just sitting next to each other one day, holding hands. Whisper her name in her ear, and she will say "what?" then say, "I love you." It will melt her heart.
I wouldnt do it while you are making out, that would make it seem like you are just saying it to get in her pants. Tell her at the most unexpected moment you both have together.
I bet she will remember it for the rest of her life.
Don't be afraid to show your feelings in a relationship, it can only get better!!

If you that shy,, just write it in a nice note,,, and smile ear to ear when you give it to her!! Say something like this,," I love you so much ( insert name here) I get all choked up thinking about it"

she is your GF.. you should have confident between each other. In my opinion, it's easier to write it down but it means A LOT MORE when you say it in person. find a romantic moment then hold her hands, look in to her eyes and say it. don't worry, girls love it when boys say it to them!!
