Had dvd burner installed .when i try to play a movie,no picture.messages can't find vid:mp43 decompressor.

i recently had a dvd burner installed on my computer. now when i try to play a movie from my downloads i get sound but no picture.. just displays message cannot find vid:mp43 decompressor. what do i need to do ..thanks genius

MP43 decompressor is for divxmovies. Try a search for mp43 decompressor download. There are plenty of free ones.

search for VLC on www.yahoo.com or www.google.com you need to download this, because you dont have the right codec to play the video.Good Luck.
