If you are eating properly and exercising, then that is the correct weight for you. If your weight has fluctuated more than five pound in the past year, then you should check with a doctor. There are so many variables that go into a persons weight, it is hard to judge what is normal from person to person.
A more accurate measurement of your body composition is bodyfat percentage. You can get this done at most gyms or at school (at most colleges and some high schools). A person can be thin and have too much bodyfat. A person can weigh a lot, but be in a healthy bodyfat range. This is because muscle weighs more than fat.

You are right on the borderline. At that height and weight, you have a BMI of 19. Your BMI should not be any lower than 18.5. At 118 lbs you could easily gain some weight.

Guess it depends if you have a large or small frame. Are you big boned? Or small boned? Good weigh (pun intended) to find out is to see your doctor. She'll be in a much better position to tell you if your underweight. Good luck.

I think you are perfectly fine....and by the way I can't believe someone would call that overweight like Kum A. DONT listen to her. Your bmi is 18.5 which is a little under, but still healthy.

If your body structure is a small frame, you are within normal range. But if you are a larger frame, around 120-130 is normal and healthy.

Depends. Women are naturally more weight worried. But you have to realize that women are genetically created to be more "fat" than men because we are the vessels for children. You may need to eat more, but the important thing is to stay healthy. :)
