Forget about it? I doubt it. But keep in mind that not every rock has value. Some rocks have been just laying around for years and years and do not make a difference,we could got along without them just fine.
So in my opinion, not every rock or person is necessary. Some people, by their own choice are worthless. At least a rock doesn't choose to be worthless, it just doesn't get used and is worthless. People, they too often choose to be worthless and therefore have no value.
The good news, just like rocks, people can someday become of great value, they are not necessarily going to be worthless forever. But only God knows which of them has value and which of them that never will.

"I will remember their sins and their iniquities no more." -- Hebrews 10:17
If He will "remember no more" (i.e. forget) our sins and our iniquities when they have been forgiven by Christ's Atonement ... then what do you think?
But also remember that He has even numbered the hairs of our head ... maybe we will get them back in the age to come?
As for the "third rock from the Sun"; He visited here, He lived here for over 33 years. This "rock" was specially favoured among all the rocks on all the planets in all the solar systems of all the galaxies. And it is here that He will establish the Temple in His Holy Muntain.
It is us people who are so forgetful; so forgetful of Him Who laid the foundations of the Earth and Who visited this small planet.

The Bible says that even the hairs on your head are numbered by God! He remembers everything about us. He cares for animals and makes the seasons change. He searches the hearts of man and sees all hearts turned to Him. He knows our thoughts and is close to us when we are brokenhearted. He will someday wipe out every tear from our eyes. He lovingly cares for all His creation day to day. He makes the sun shine on the righteous and unrighteous.
He even knows when a little bird falls to the ground. There is nothing that escapes the attention of the Father. From the great to the small. His Presence is everywhere. What an awesome Creator!

Of course.
He's working right now in the construction of a better world in a planet X on the Andromeda Galaxy. He finally accepted that the Earth (as we called) is an experiment that fail.

size is relative only to humans... since God has no size he is as small as the smallest thing and also as large as the universe all at the same time.

God forgets nothing or no one,,, we sometimes forget about him........no matter how small, all is big to him.
