My cat has been limping for 3 weeks already and I was wandering if this was a coming disease for cats. My cat is 14 years old so is this normal. Is this a sign of arthritis or weakness in bones??

No, it is not normal. A limp may indicate arthritis, a pulled muscle, a fracture or some other injury. You should take your cat to the vet to have the leg examined. Don't let your cat go through days of pain or discomfort without taking it to the vet to be seen.

Have you taken her to your vet. Limping is a sign of pain. I hope you are addressing so your cat doesn't have to suffer. If it is arthritis it can be managed with medication. If it is more serious, you need to know too.

If it's never limped before it's obviously having pain. Probably due to old age but I'd ask your vet. There are meds that can help.

I can tell you that is not normal. She could have some weak bones for something similar. You might want to schedule an appointment with your vet.

No. It's not normal. If your cat whines when it puts pressure on it take it to the vet immediately.

Of course it Isn't normal. It seems odd to even ask. Just common sense. Please take the cat to a vet. They can't tell you they are in pain.
