Over the vasectomy issue, Joei as an answer to if he would ever do it says "NEVERRRRRR!".

His disabiled, so maybe his organs could still work? Could have done IVF if he still could produce sprem. In the end, it is a cartoon program, and anything is possible on family guy. Don't forget that his wife, bonnie has been pregnant for the entire time she has been on the show, and we haven't seen her not pregnant in any flashbacks or future situatuions, so anything is poosible.

ACTUALLY... we dont know if he is really "a vegetable" from the waste down. We know he is handicapped and he can be quoted saying "Peter I cant use my legs". It is very posible that his legs were injured and the reproductive system wasnt. OR, since there is no time relivence in any of the episodes, he could have knocked her up then had an accident. I think they may have made it this way just to make people wander. good question.

Bonnie was probably pregnant before he got into the accident while on the job....she's been pregnant the entire show so she's probably been pregnant FOREVER!! I thought it was great when Peter told her to just have the baby or not lol

I know this is only a joke question, but on a serious note, check out the movie "Murderball." It's about the U.S. quadriplegic wheelchair rugby team. They talk about sex after being paralyzed in the film. And in addition, it's a truly great film.
