start slow, with each machine, the treadmill is great, the leg and arms exercises are great too, make sure you drink alot of water before and after, and start with a every other day routine, and work your way up to more time at the gym as well as more days.If it has a pool, that is great!! so go for it and give it your all!! Good luck sweetie!

I had the exact same problem you do-- I lived out in the middle of nowhere, with no hope of a personal trainer ever making his way out to visit me! I found an advertisement at a nutrition shop a couple of towns away for this guy named "Flip". He's an online personal trainer-- for either $15 a week or $50 a month (your choice, depends on how long you want him), he'll correspond with you to figure out what you need to do in order to get the results you want in the time you have. He'll give you a personalized nutrition plan and workout plan, and checks in on you to make sure you're doing what you're supposed to.

The results I got were fantastic! I lost fifteen pounds and got toned all over within two months. I signed up with him for the monthly deal ($50 a month for two months), so, for a hundred bucks, I got the body I had hoped for.

I've moved now, so I no longer use Flip, because my new town has two gyms within walking distance, but, if you don't have access to a gym (or if you do, but want help getting started) and want fantastic results, I highly recommend talking to him. You can email him at: flipthetrainer@yahoo.com

A good gym will have a trainer. I suggest you ask someone show you the machines and put you on a good workout routine designed for your level. It should not be something too hard to do, but give you a good start. You can also walk before or after your workout to give you even more added benefits to your new routine.

Most importantly, you will want to go through your refrig and cabinets and change your eating habits. Healthy eating is essential to loose weight and be healthy. Limit sugar, no sodas, limit alcohol and eat lost of fruits and veggies along with lean meats. Go for it!

Very simply, you could begin walking. It is important to monitor your eating habits as well, but just being more active is the best thing. Walking for 20-30 minutes at a moderate pace and working up the pace as you feel comfortable is a good place to start. This will help you to get in shape and then you can get into the gym and start working out. This helps you to get the most for your money.

i might attempt out the instructions, in case you do unlike that, then commence with cardio for particular. get on the treadmill or motorbike, or elliptical or stair climber for approximately 20 minutes then as your doing that, seem around at what different absolutely everyone seems to be doing and how they're using the machines and do some strenght coaching on your palms and legs, build muscle there to stip away fat, and the cardio will strip off the tummy fat, as quickly as the tummy is long gone, THEN artwork on firming that, do no longer forget approximately water, and a towel, and to wipe down your device, and in spite of else like an ipod, or e book, and a lock on your locker in case you would be using one and don't placed on any make up

Take it easy. It is very common to have a very strong start, going everyday, expending a lot of hours the first month, and then the second month 2 days a week and not going any more the 3rd month.
Just go, and you will probably find people there who knows how to use the equipment. Good luck.

I had a personal trainer for a few months before i went to boot camp. (i didnt want to get my a s s kicked.) he always had me do 8-10 minutes on the tredmil to get my heart rate up and warm me up and loosen me up. Then we did strength. One day was arms, the next legs, the next chest, and so on.

hope that was helpful. also, find a friend to do it with you to make it easier and more fun.
