My heart feels whole and I don't feel broken hearted. My ex dumped me b/c I really hurt him. And when I hurt him I felt like a piece of my heart crumbled. And today he was bad mouthing me to my best friend that likes him and she said thats my friend your talking about. And he said I don't care I'm never talking to that F*cking B*tch again. And when he was bad mouthing me my heart started to hurt. Why? And what does this feeling mean?

guilt. he's hurt and what do you want him to do, go around praising you. he's mad at himself for ever being involved with one who could be capable of doing something bad to him. he is not really going to feel mean toward you forever. this goes away, he'll find someone who will step up to the plate and understand him. at the same time, you may be feeling repercussions of your deed, karma, it's a *****,but, better it gets itself out of the way now. better than years from now, with someone doing the same to you. forgive him and yourself and move on...
