It's not an extreme problem or anything. Just maybe a once a week, late at night thing. It's unnesessary though...any suggestions for kicking the habit?

Don't keep the things you binge on in your house.

For me, it was learning my craving to binge was due to a low blood sugar episode. I have tried to take the craving as a signal my sugar is low, and to eat a healthy snack.

Right now, I should head for the almonds, instead of the Tostitos. A glass (big - like 32 oz) will help cut the craving, cause you will feel full.

If you suspect low blood sugar to be part of your situation, there is some info at www.hufa.org.

If it's a late at night thing, just go to bed when you get the munchies. I used to work second shift, and when I'd get home at midnight, I'd crave an unnecessary bowl of sugary cereal BADLY. If I went to bed as soon as I got home, I didn't have to worry about fighting the cravings.

Weight Loss/ Hoodia sample works for me! It's a good alternative. I suddenly stopped binging for more sweets and carbs. It's effective. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php and know more about the product details.
