I swallowed a tonsil stone in my sleep just wondering if this could effect me in anyway

No. You'll be fine. If you go to your Wikipedia and type in tonsil stone, you'll find that they are harmless masses of calcium, and other junk. There is a very bizarre tonsil stone that is like HUGE and it had to be surgically removed from this woman! It was nasty! But I use to get those things as a teenager, and now occasionally as an adult, and I always wondered what they were, and now I know! Thanks for the question!
