well moon isnt like always appearing on regular intervals... lunar months are of 29 and 30 days and u cant tell which one's when
secondly no one miscalculates eid! this is a great sin to announce eid on a wrong date or to observe eid on a wrong date.. this is illlegal
a proper committee is formed to look for the moon.. in islamic shariat (law) this group of ppl who decide the sighting of moon and the start of months in the islamic calendar bear all the responsibility of their decisions
eid is therefore celebrated only when the moon is sighted thus u wont usually see all the countries celebrating the festival on the same date

fellow! it's not basically MISCALCULATION as u interpreted,u can ask everyone that new moon's arrival can never ever,be totally sure.it can only be sequenced betwen this day n that, or like 24th or 25th.even NASA or some other power can't tell exact date.u forgot it's God's order,n his creation.
