this boy i think he knows im like him and i think he really like me too. I always catch him staring at me all of a sudden. Whenever i took to turn at him, he turns away quickly. but i started the staring 1st then i stopped and now he does it....

If you started the staring habit, he might have interpreted it as a sign you like him. And when you stopped, he kept staring at you because he was confused and intrigued.
My advice: talk to him.

When you started staring at him, he probably thought you were looking at him for a reason (in his head he could be thinking, "does she like my looks?" or "does she want to talk?" or "why is she staring at me?" or other questions depending on his level of security). And now he is staring back at you, probably to start a conversation? or just plain staring back at you.
