Those things are deceiving. Just get to the weight that you feel healthy at and double check that with your physician. What those charts don't account for is different body types and ethnic differences.

Listen, if you are healthy and don't have a lot of fat around the middle don't worry about weight. You have some height and that helps. Focus on health, eating right and the right things often, have good healthy food available so you won't be tempted to eat junk. Then stay active, move whenever you can. Park farther away from the store or work and walk farther as long as it's safe. Take stairs and not elevators, walk to the places you can walk to. That's what you need to focus on, your lifestyle and not the numbers. OK?
